11/10/2018 12:46
Copper futures were trading lower during the noon trade in the domestic market on Thursday amid weak trends overseas and muted demand at domestic spot markets.

Analysts attributed the fall to off-loading of positions by speculators, tracking a weak trend in the base metals pack overseas and subdued spot demand.

At the MCX, copper futures for November 2018 contract is trading at Rs 454.95 per kg, down by 0.82 per cent, after opening at Rs 458.00, against a previous close of Rs 458.7. It touched the intra-day low of Rs 452.40 (at 12:50 hours).
